Helpful links and information for members and attenders of Living Hope Church:

Building Use Request Form – This form is for ministry use of the Living Hope Church building. For personal use by members and attenders, please email info@discoverlivinghope.com. At this time, we are not taking requests for rentals or building use by the general public.

Building Scheduling Calendar – Current members may use their Planning Center login to access a calendar showing the building’s schedule in order to assist in planning events. If you are planning a ministry event and are not a Living Hope member, please contact info@discoverlivinghope.com for questions about building availability prior to filling out the building use request form.

Reimbursement Form – If you have spent personal funds on ministry expenses that were authorized by a pastor or ministry leader, please fill out this form (including submitting photos of receipts) for reimbursement.
