Summer Connection Days

Summer Connection Days

What are we supposed to do as this Coronavirus stretches on?
What is the church supposed to be in this “new normal”?

This August 12th to the 15th Living Hope is bringing back our annual Connection Days! This year it’s all about:

God’s Will For Your Life – Covid Edition

We are always in need of vision and direction to help us through life. But, even more so now during these times we need to hear from God on what he would have us do, how he wants us to live and what faith looks like during this season.

We hope that you will join us as we look into God’s word for answers to these questions.

The last several years we’ve had an all church mission trip to our city where we take along as many as can come and we “Work, Play and Pray together”. We focus on connecting with God, each other and our city.

This year will be a little different as we navigate relationships inside and outside the church with the virus in mind. Connecting will look a bit different and interfacing with our city will look a lot different.

COVID19 Protection Measures

We seek to be together as a community but realize that there are different levels of comfort for each of us. Here are our priorities in loving one another during this time:

  1. Hold the event outdoors with activities that allow for distance.
  2. Pursue hand washing and sanitation with diligence and faithfulness.
  3. Prepare and serve food with a focus on safety (gloves, sanitized surfaces, masks, individual packets, etc)

Questions and comments can be addressed to the pastors or info@discoverlivinghope.com

Finally, we’d love to have you sign up to give us an idea of how many to plan for each portion of the event so… please sign up
