Benjamin Coleman’s Celebration of Life Service: April 7th
This will be held at the Empire Event Center at 1:30 pm. Instead of flowers, if you would like to donate please donate to the American Cancer Society in Ben’s name. It is requested you do not wear black. Snacks and drinks will be provided after the service.
Mini Conference- A Biblical Understanding of Culture: May 5th
How are we to respond to our changing culture? Join us with special guest pastor John Meyer as we look at how God’s unchanging truth provides clarity and hope for ourselves and others in extraordinary times. John will speak Sunday morning and also give two afternoon sessions at 12:00 (bring a lunch) and 1:30. Please sign up so we know how to plan for childcare.
Upcoming Series: “Did God Really Say?”
We will focus on how to respond when God’s revelation conflicts with what our world teaches. We will spend 5 weeks looking at what it means that God has spoken to us, what the Biblical narrative of the world is and how this affects our understanding of who and what we are as people. We hope to go beyond knowing standard Christian answers and explore how His truth impacts every aspect of life.
