Harvest Party: CANCELED
Due to the forecast of cold and snow on Saturday afternoon, we’ve decided to cancel the Harvest Party at Manor Park. We’ll still have a small presence at the park in case anyone stops by, but we’ve decided that it’s unlikely very many people would want to come to an outdoor Harvest party in those weather conditions.
Operation Christmas Child:
It’s that time of year again! We are collecting shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. Operation Christmas Child is a program to provide gifts to children in 3rd world countries. We will have boxes and labels at church for anyone who wishes to pack a shoebox. Collection will be through November 12, and each shoe box should have $10 to cover shipping (cash, check, or online). If you are not able to drop it off at church by then, contact Jackie Borseth (815-262-6369) to arrange a date and time between November 12-16.
Baptisms: November 5th
Baptisms will be held after church on November 5th in the hotel pool. If you would like to be baptized, please contact one of the pastors or email info@discoverlivinghope.com
Membership Info Meeting: November 12th
Have questions about membership at Living Hope or want to learn how to become a member? Join the pastors after the service on Sunday, November 12th for a short informational meeting. Please note the new date due to the baptisms on 11/5.
Marriage Night: November 18th

Fusion Conference: December 27-29
Each year Living Hope joins together with other churches from around the Midwest for the Fusion Conference at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The Fusion conference features excellent teaching, worship, and opportunities for fellowship. More information at fusionmidwest.com.
